Customers have 14 days after receiving the product to request a return, without needing to provide any reason.

To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Promotional or personalized items are not eligible for return.

To start a return, email pontesalvaro25@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14–30 business days after the item is received and inspected.
